Keith's life has been defined by integrity and a deep commitment to public service—a tradition he is now ready to bring to our City Council.

A Foundation of Service and Education

Following a strong family tradition of military service, Keith proudly served our nation, becoming the first commissioned officer in his family. He earned his commission in the United States Army through ROTC at St. John's University. He's airborne qualified—a testament to his courage and commitment.

Keith is uniquely qualified to tackle the complex financial and security issues facing our city. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from City University of New York with a BBA in Accounting and a minor in Psychology. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), ensuring he can bring expert oversight to our city's budget and contracts. 

30 Years Protecting Our Nation

Keith dedicated nearly three decades to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), earning a reputation as a trusted investigator who tackled the nation's most critical threats. 

Combating Corruption & Fraud: His FBI work focused on violent crime, public corruption, white-collar crime, and healthcare fraud. This experience will help protect our city from misuse of public funds and maintain ethical governance.

• National Security Expertise: Keith served on the 9/11 investigation and successfully worked to thwart foreign spies—bringing a high level of national security awareness to local public safety.

• Cybersecurity Pioneer: Recognizing emerging threats, Keith gained critical expertise in cyber-crime and holds the highly respected Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification, ready to safeguard our city's technology and data infrastructure.

A Committed Resident and Community Leader

Keith chose to settle down in Maitland and has proudly called Maitland home for seven years.  He enjoys all it has to offer, from the vibrant arts community, to the beauty of its lakes and parks.  He enjoys boating, bike riding, patronizing Maitland’s local restaurants and taking in the many art events offered throughout the year, with his partner Maureen Hawthorne.

Besides being a supporter of Maitland’s arts community, Keith is an accomplished Latin/Salsa dance instructor and performer, having performed at prestigious venues, including the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. 

Keith currently runs a successful local consulting firm, providing expert services in private investigation, financial fraud, and cyber security. As a Council Member he will prioritize:

o   Fiscal Responsibility and transparent budgeting.

o   Upholding Ethical Standards in all city business.

o   Enhancing Public Safety with modern, smart solutions.
