ALL registered voters residing in Maitland can vote by or on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 for Maitland City Council regardless of your party affiliation. Use the links below to be ready to vote. Three Ways to Vote
1. Request a Vote-by-Mail ballot
You may request a Vote-By-Mail ballot to vote from the convenience of your home. ALL vote-by-mail ballots expired on December 31, 2024 and must be renewed. The Orange County Supervisor of Elections Office must receive your request for a vote-by-mail ballot no later than 5 p.m. on February 26, 2026. The deadline to return ballots to the Elections Office is no later than 7:00 p.m. election night- March 10, 2026- for it to be counted. Any voter who has requested a vote-by-mail ballot can track the status of their ballot through the Supervisor of Elections’ website. Status updates will begin on February 9, 2026.

2. Early Voting
Early voting runs March 2 - 6, 2026 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily at the Orange County Supervisor of Elections Office at 119 W. Kaley Street Orlando, FL 32806. Remember, you can drop off your Vote By Mail ballot at the Supervisor of Election’s Office. Please bring accepted identification (a full list can be found here).
3. Election Day- March 10, 2026
On Election Day you may vote from 7 a.m until 7 p.m. at your assigned precinct. Click here to find which location is your Polling Place for the March 10th Election.

You are required to bring acceptable identification with you. A voter who has requested a vote-by-mail ballot may change their mind and vote in person. The voter should bring the ballot (marked or unmarked) to the polls to turn the ballot in and vote a regular ballot.
If you need help in reading or marking your ballot, you may bring someone with you, or poll workers are available to assist. Language assistance and ADA-compliant voting equipment are available at all polling places.
